Andy Smith Bio

Statement of Interests:
My strongest professional interest is in encouraging the growth of those with whom I work. I strive to facilitate a discovery of possibilities and empowerment as individuals face of the stress of personal, academic, relationship, and career challenges.  I deeply appreciate how people find creative paths for growth and change throughout their lives and I enjoy assisting in that process. Personally, I like to garden,  play golf, volunteer my time, and watch movies with my wife. We also spend a good deal of time trying to keep up with our three adult sons and their families.
