HelpLine Graduate Assistant

Personal Statement:
After volunteering for the HelpLine for over a year, I am very excited to begin my new position as a Graduate Assistant for the HelpLine. I think the service the HelpLine is able to provide to the community of A&M students is unique and invaluable. Being a part of the HelpLine has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my academic career. I am beginning my third year in the Counseling Psychology doctoral program, and my research interests include issues of grief and loss as well as women's issues. Personally, I love spending time with my boyfriend and all of our pets. I also love reading, watching movies, great coffee, animals, and traveling.

Academic Training:
Ph.D., Counseling Psychology, Texas A&M University (anticipated completion 2010)
M.S., Educational Psychology, Texas A&M University
B.S., Psychology, Texas Christian University
