Personal Statement:
As the Training Director I am committed to bring the best possible training to interns. I strongly believe that at Texas A&M University an intern is provided with a nice balance of support and challenge that he/she can continue to grow on his/her journey as a professional. I celebrate diversity and am a strong ALLY for the gay/lesbian/bisexual community at Texas A&M University. I also believe that by providing training, you are in a constant state of learning and I really like that! I also am very committed to providing the best quality service to students at Texas A&M University. At the SCS I am able to work in many different roles as a therapist, consultant, presenter, and trainer. I love the flexibility and variety of working at Texas A&M University. Personally; I have adjusted to living in Texas. It is hot . . . real hot . . . and then it gets hotter. I am originally from upstate NY and August about kills me here.
