Professional Counselor II

Personal Statement:
I am truly excited for the opportunity to work with students for reaching their academic success and career goals. I enjoy very much helping students obtain personal growth and excellence in all areas of their lives, although my counseling emphases are in the areas of academic development and career exploration. I believe in empowering students to find their own wisdom, strength, talents, and abilities to meet life's challenges and realize their dreams. I've seen the power of positive thinking at work and how each one of us does possess the capability to make informed decisions and positive changes regardless of the problems and difficulty we may face. I value diversity and cooperation, and I'm fortunate to be part of the supportive family of SCS. In my leisure time, I enjoy reading, music, movies, spending time with my husband and friends, and playing with my three kitties.
