Testing Services

The Student Counseling Service (SCS) provides testing that supports the academic, career, and personal counseling services and outreach programming provided by the SCS staff. Frequently used assessment instruments include the Strong Interest Inventory, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and the Learning and Study Strategies Inventory although many other measures are available. Because counseling services at the SCS are funded by Student Service Fees, there is no charge for testing SCS clients. The SCS, as time and/or space permit, provides free proctoring of correspondence course exams for currently enrolled students.
